Public Access to Court Proceedings:
Yolo Superior Court offers full video and/or audio of court proceedings to the public via live-streaming of hearings. The decision to livestream or not is within the discretion of the judge presiding over the hearing.

Live streaming is unavailable when the court is not in session, during confidential proceedings, or pauses for confidential discussions.

Recording Prohibition:
Reproducing, republishing, rebroadcasting, uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise using any court proceedings content is prohibited without prior written judicial authorization, Rule 1.150 of the California Rules of Court.
Violating these prohibitions may result in contempt of court, sanctions, or termination of media coverage.

Court proceedings may contain explicit language, adult themes, and violence unsuitable for viewers under 18. Viewer discretion is advised.
