Child Custody Recommending Counseling Mandatory Orientation
Each parent must complete the orientation process prior to their CCRC appointment. These two items are mandatory and must be completed prior to the CCRC appointment.

Each parent must complete the CCRC Intake Form
The intake form requests information regarding various topics that pertain to you, the other party, and your children. The form must be completed in one sitting, therefore we recommend that before starting the form, you gather the following, if applicable and available: current custody/timeshare orders, arrest/conviction records, restraining order records, CWS encounter history, and counseling/mental health records.

- An appointment will be scheduled. Parents are expected to participate and communicate in good faith to try to resolve their disputes.
